How much does CardByte Enterprise cost?

CardByte Enterprise is a SAAS platform with an annual subscription. The cost of the subscription is dependent on the number of users and application integrations. To get your custom quote, feel free to a book a discovery call with our team.  

What is the difference between CardByte Enterprise and CRM? 

CardByte enterprise is a Contact Management tool that captures all customer contact details, and collates them in a centralised, organised repository.

For Startups and MSME’s who cannot afford expensive CRM, CardByte Enterprise can provide all the basic information to manage customers efficiently. 

For large business & enterprise customers, CardByte acts as a precursor to the CRM as it captures all the updated data and feeds it to their CRM through CardByte’s integration. 

Does CardByte Enterprise have a trial period? 

​​Yes we do offer a trial periods to large enterprise customers for 7 working days. However, our team provides an extensive live demo that renders the trial period moot. 

How many business cards can we make per employee? 

You are allowed to have upto maximum of  three digital business cards for an enterprise account, subject to approvals ONLY, without any extra costs.

Does Cardbyte Enterpise integrate with any other application? 

CardByte Enterpise is currently integrated with most CRMs solutions like Salesforce, Hubspot, ZOHO, and more.

Is CardByte Enterprise a whitelabelled solution?

Yes, CardByte Enterprise is a whitelabelled solution where enterprises and business can control what information is shared by their employees, such as company logo, card theme, etc.

Will the business cards created on CardByte Enterprise have my company’s branding?

Yes, All Business cards created will have your business’s unique branding, logo, font, photo, business description, social handles etc. 

How do I grant share or edit access to my subscription?

Granting share or edit access to your subscription is available with Enterprise plans. Once you’ve signed up for a subscription:

Log into your account on the web → under Manage Users → Click Add, Enter the name, mobile number and email id of the person to whom you want to give access. An email invite would be sent to your team member

How do I view my team’s contacts?

You will be only allowed to view your team’s contacts if you are the team leader and you have created a team in your CardByte web app. As a team leader you will have to invite your team members to join your CardByte team.

Once your team members accept the invite, you can view all their connections and their performance. For more information, please get in touch with your sales team by booking a free discovery call.

What information can the team members edit?

The team member’s can edit their mobile number, address, designation. They would not be able to edit their email IDs, company name, and company logo.

How do I change the card theme of my digital business cards?

The Theme of the card can be changed by the organization administrator:

-Go to Card Template from the web app
-Click Edit Template/Add Template
-Create a new template
-Click Save
-Activate the created template

Does CardByte sell my personal information?

No. Your personal information is, well, personal. It’s not in our business to sell anyone’s information.
